Houlihan Smith to Co-Host Panel Discussion on Hedge Fund Restructuring in New York

NEW YORK, April 3 /PRNewswire/ — Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc. will co-host a discussion with industry experts on Tuesday April 21, 2009 to help educate Hedge Fund industry leaders as to the proper strategies available at their disposal to deal with the challenges they face in the current market environment.

Karl D’Cunha, Senior Managing Director at Houlihan Smith will serve as a panelist. Joining Karl will be Peter D. Greene, a Member of Lowenstein Sandler’s Investment Management Group; Joshua Klavan, Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers; and Thane Ritchie, Partner at the Aragon Group.
