Case in Point

We introduced a new start-up client to several prime brokers and law firms. These introductions gave the client insight into the functions these service providers performed and enabled the client to select the team that was right for him. We assisted in putting his economic deal to print in the private placement memorandum, partnership agreement, and management agreement. We also helped the client create a structure that gave him the desired flexibility and favorable tax results. On an ongoing basis we now audit the fund and prepare the annual tax return.
