Accounting and Valuation Services:

• Daily accounting and recording of all investment transactions and activity.
• Automatic uploading of transactional data from proprietary interfaces linking our accounting software to either the prime broker or your trade management system.
• Maintenance of multi-currency accounts and balances.
• Full general ledger accounts and financial statement reports on each valuation date.
• Net Asset Value calculation:
  • Detailed calculation of the per share or partnership value.
  • Maintenance of investor capital accounts and the economic allocations of profit.
  • Independent pricing of investments at each valuation date through 3rd party sources.
  • Calculation of management and performance fees as well as fund accruals.
  • Monthly, quarterly, weekly and daily determination with estimates, if required.
